Zentitle makes it easy to license any type of software or hardware, from SaaS applications to on-premise software to embedded hardware/IoT, so you can focus on what you do best: building valuable products for your customers.
To orient yourself to the possibilities, explore Zentitle’s licensing models and functionality. You will use your Zentitle dashboard to manage your products, customers, and licenses manually, and our REST API for doing so programmatically.

Step 1: Add a product in Zentitle
Log in to the Zentitle dashboard, add a product and any features and custom variables that you want to control with your licenses.

NOTE: You can also setup Passkeys to access your Zentitle account. These have a number of advantages over username/password credentials. You can also create Recovery Codes to enable you to access your account should you encounter issues with other methods. You can find out more about this functionality here.
Step 2: Integrate Zentitle licensing into your application
For software that is on-premise, embedded in hardware, or in a single tenant cloud: You will use the Zentitle client library to add licensing to your application. We support many platforms and coding languages.
For SaaS applications (multi-tenant): You won’t need to install the Zentitle client library; you can simply use our Licensing REST API to manage your licensing.

Step 3: Automate your sales and back-office processes
You can automate license provisioning in your order processes, e.g. ecommerce flows, payment processors, and CRMs, as well as integrate Zentitle with back office tools e.g. ERP, Billing, etc.
