If after thoroughly reading our Documentation you do need to raise a Support Ticket - please provide the following:
- for Client Licensing queries please provide, if available, the affected Computer ID(s), License Codes, and zipped up Working Directory
- for Dashboard queries please provide webpages affected and specific actions required to reproduce your experience
- for Webservices queries, please outline what data was sent
