Troubleshooting Tips:
If you are not getting any data back, you can do some troubleshooting:
- The first quick test is to ensure you have port:80 open. If not open it. Does the test machine have general internet access? If it does, is it behind a proxy server? If so, enter the proxy parameters in the function NalpLibOpen as described in the API.
- Next make sure that you have correctly assigned the Customer and ProductIDs in your code?
- Did you make sure you only included the ProductID last 5 digits less leading zeros in your code?
- Have you placed the Nalpeiron library in the same folder as your app? Is it the correct version (x86/x64)? Correct platform (Win/Mac/Linux)? Do you have all the support files you my have been asked to include?
