If you have integrated your application and you are not getting any data back, you can do some troubleshooting.
The first quick test is to ensure you have port:80 open? if not open it. Does the test machine have general Internet access?
Next make sure that you have correctly assigned the Customer and ProductIDs in your code?
Did you make sure you only included the ProductID last 5 digits less leading zeros in your code?
Have you placed the Nalpeiron library in the same folder as your app? Is it the correct version (x86/x64)? Correct platform (Win/Mac/Linux)? Do you have all the support files you my have been asked to include?
If this doesn't work then log a support request.
