In order to improve our products and service we always strive to understand users needs and problems. That’s why we have added usage statistics gathering functionality. It collects valuable information about how customers use our products and helps us to improve our program usability, functionality and performance.

Participation in usage statistics gathering is voluntary. You can choose whether to take part in it when you first install our product. Customers who decide to participate agree to share:
- Information about computer, such as Operation System, screen resolution, RAM capacity, CPU frequency, number of monitors
- Data about the program, such as abnormal terminations, number of runs, program version
- Information about separate feature usage, such as menu options or buttons selected
Information about you
- The information we collect is anonymous unless you opt to provide your details. It is tied up to your personal account through a unique identifier and doesn't contain any private data such as e-mail address, name, gender, age, home or work address, telephone number, etc. Since no personal identifiable information is collected, the anonymous data will not be meaningful to anyone other than our company.
