Data you collect from your deployed applications is securely stored either on Nalpeiron servers (based in the US) or your own self-hosted servers. The data is encrypted and transferred securely via https.
This data is stored in such as way that accessing it directly is very difficult and it is protected within multiple security layers in the system, the server farm and in our private cloud. The data is never installed in a public cloud such as AWS.
Once the data is in our servers only you and your team (and others you choose to give access) can access the data via our APIs and Publisher Center. Access to these facilities is also controlled by you within your Account Dashboard, with multi-level permissions as to access to various levels of data.
Nalpeiron engineers can access the system for maintenance but otherwise do not access either your account or your data.
If you configure your account to enable 3rd party integrations Nalpeiron will transmit certain information to external systems that may be governed by other privacy policies.
