URGENT ALERT - CHANGING IP ADDRESSES FOR ZENTITLE V10

Our Zentitle V10 service has been hosted by Rackspace ever since we initially launched the service. Of late, however, we have been concerned by some of the forced maintenance and service outages based on that service. We know how important the reliability and scalability of our services are to you and your customers and have therefore made the decision to migrate our hosting of the V10 service over to the Microsoft Windows Azure environment. We are looking to perform this migration in the November timeframe. This migration will allow us to achieve the service levels that you and your customers rely upon to have a seamless licensing experience.

To make this change, we must change IP addresses. If you or your customers use whitelists, you and they need to add the new ones ASAP. The switchover deadline is the end of October 2023. Of course, part of this migration will be updating the DNS entries for ‘my.nalpeiron.com’ to the new IP address, which will happen automatically as part of this migration.

ARE YOU USING FIXED IP ADDRESSES AND WHITELISTING IP ADDRESSES?

NO: If you use domain names and not IP addresses in firewalls. You don’t need to do anything.

YES: As part of this transition, there will be changes to the IP addresses that your organization and end users may need to whitelist to ensure uninterrupted access to our services.

What is Changing:

New IP Addresses: With this transition, new IP addresses will be associated with our services. It is crucial that you update your organization's firewall or security settings to whitelist the new IP addresses to avoid any disruptions in service as soon as possible.

Action Required:

To ensure a seamless transition and uninterrupted service, please take the following steps:

Update Your Whitelist:
Update your organization's firewall or security settings to add the new IP addresses (keeping the current ones as well until the switchover is complete).

Update Your Customers Whitelist (if required):
Instruct your end users to update their firewall or security settings to add the new IP addresses (keeping the current ones as well until the switchover is complete).

The transition from Rackspace to Microsoft Azure will occur in late October/November 2023. The exact date will be advised in a future service update email. We recommend completing the necessary updates to your firewall or security settings as soon as possible to avoid any service interruptions.
